Just wanted to let you guys know that I was very impressed with Rob and the way he handled our electrical jobs.
He did all of the research and was very accommodating working with us as we navigated through converting the shop from fluorescent to LED.
Rob is very dedicated and thorough, couldn’t ask for a better electrician to work with.
Rob is an ideal handyman contractor: he’s honest, hard-working and communicates extremely well.
I hired him to help troubleshoot and fix a number of issues with my condo, and I haven’t had any troubles since.
The biggest issue was an intermittent electrical problem, which he was able to identify and resolve quickly.
He documented the process along the way, sending photo updates and clarifying issues. Unlike previous contractors I’ve worked with, Rob didn’t surprise me with any unapproved expenses or fixes.
He’s a great communicator. He was efficient, effective and tidy from start to finish!
Over the past couple of years, I have had the pleasure of getting to know and work with Mr. Robert (Rob) Newton. Rob displays a very cordial and personable presence when you meet and get to know him. I would rate his interpersonal skills as very high. This is important because in his line of work he is interacting with many different types of people.
We both are/were employees for the University of Nebraska and our interactions revolved around customer (me) and service technician (Rob) relationship. I always found Rob to be extremely knowledgeable and competent in his trade - electrician.
Rob oversaw and installed a completely new lighting and electrical service connection project at the facility I manage for the University. His work was “Spot-On”, from timeliness (start to finish) and the quality of workmanship.
When I would try to explain my specific and unique needs of the work I needed accomplished, he would provide me with great insight about options and items I had overlooked.
I commend his work ethic and commitment to providing outstanding service and pride in his work. Rob is the kind of worker/employee that we all look for.
